On November 21st, as one of the competitions in the 18th Wuxi Craftsmen Workers' Vocational Skills Contest, the Quality Skills Contest of Jiangsu Zhongfu Aluminum and Magnesium Technology Co., Ltd. came to a successful conclusion.

This quality competition was conducted in two parts: written examination and practical operation. The written examination mainly assessed knowledge points such as the key points of inspecting products in the company, the characteristics of various series of products, and the normal use of relevant measuring tools. For the practical operation part, two products, 3174 and 3101, provided by the Quality Department, were used as test samples for measuring over 20 geometric dimensions in sequence. After an hour of intense competition, Hu Xuefeng and Tan Yanhong from the Quality Department, as well as Wu Qianxiong and Zhao Fei from the extrusion workshop, respectively achieved the top three good results.

The outcome of this quality competition is not an end point, but rather a starting point for identifying and addressing shortcomings. It has shown us that there is still significant room for improvement in the quality inspection skills of frontline team leaders. In the future, we will utilize a combination of training and practical assessment to cultivate versatile quality personnel and ensure the quality of our products.
