The emergency drill for special equipment (driving) accidents has been successfully completed
On the occasion of the 23rd National Safety Production Month, on June 7th, in order to strengthen the safety awareness and skills of our company's special equipment operators, standardize operational behavior, and transform the concept of "I want to be safe" into specific actions of "I want safety, I know how to be safe", under the leadership of the Administrative and Human Resources Department, we jointly organized safety skills and awareness training for train workers with Jingde Safety Consulting Service Company. More than 20 people participated in this training and learning, and the training was a complete success.
The hypothetical accident for this drill is: when a worker is driving a crane in the workshop for lifting operations, the center of gravity of the goods suddenly becomes unstable and falls, hitting another worker, resulting in a crane injury accident. After receiving the report, the company immediately activated the emergency rescue plan and carried out rescue operations.
In the company workshop, when a crane was lifting goods (depending on the company's operational situation), the goods did not fall steadily, causing them to overturn during the lifting process, resulting in injuries to personnel on site. The safety officer quickly rushed to the scene of the accident, approached the injured employee, crouched down, and checked the extent of the injury. According to the company's emergency rescue plan, all rescue teams that receive emergency assembly orders should quickly gather and line up at designated locations, report to the commander-in-chief, and carry out rescue operations in accordance with the emergency rescue plan. Four members of the emergency medical team quickly rushed to the scene, with one person carrying a medical kit on their shoulders and two people lifting stretchers. After arriving at the scene, one person calmed the emotions of the injured, while the rest of the personnel cooperated with each other to carry out disinfection, hemostasis, bandaging, splint fixation and other rescue work. With the launch of emergency rescue operations, the danger has been resolved and injured personnel have received timely treatment. All emergency team members lined up at the drill site, and the group leaders reported, marking the end of the emergency rescue.
Through this training, our special operations personnel have gained a deeper understanding of safety technical requirements, laws and regulations, and standardized operations, and have strengthened their safety awareness. This effectively enhances the sense of responsibility and consciousness for safety production, laying a solid foundation for the safety production of Zhongfu Aluminum Magnesium.
