Entering Wuxi Zhongfu Aluminum Magnesium

Recently, the Wuxi Federation of Trade Unions' "New Era, New Ideas, New Propaganda" and "Model Workers, Craftsmen, Ideological and Political Teachers, and Enterprises" activities visited Jiangsu Zhongfu Aluminum Magnesium Technology Co., Ltd., a pilot enterprise for industrial reform. A lecturer from the Wuxi Municipal Party School gave a lecture on "Learning the Spirit of Model Workers and Becoming High Quality Industrial Workers".

In this lecture, the teacher taught from three aspects: "The era needs to promote the spirit of model workers", "Learning from the spirit of model workers", and "Promoting the spirit of model workers". Through the stories of the top ten model workers in New China, the employees gained a deeper understanding of the spirit of model workers, the spirit of labor, and the spirit of craftsmanship, and were encouraged to strengthen their learning, practice their skills, and enhance their abilities. They persisted in learning from books, practice, advanced model figures, and anyone stronger than themselves, striving to forge themselves into new era industrial workers with ideals, beliefs, understanding of technology, innovation, and courage to speak and contribute.

The workers present benefited greatly from this presentation, and expressed their commitment to their respective positions, calling for the establishment of the "Great Nation Craftsman" brand, actively striving and dedicating themselves, pursuing excellence, and striving to become a member of the high-quality industrial worker team.
