At 8 a.m. on February 21, Jiangsu Zhongfu 2019 annual staff meeting was successfully held in the report hall on the third floor of the administrative building. The conference is divided into three agendas. First, Xu Ruifu, chairman of the board of directors, made a keynote report on "really doing solid work, doing a good job in basic skills, preparing to flourish and meet new challenges", leading everyone to summarize and review the development process of Zhongfu in 2018, and put forward three-year goals to encourage everyone. The second agenda was announced by general manager Liu Shi, who read the latest organizational structure in 2019, read out the personnel appointment in 2019, defined the main responsibilities of each manager, and played a fundamental role in gradually building a modern enterprise system. The third part is the exchange speech of Zou Xinlin, the new chief engineer, and Dong Xianwen, the production director.

The chairman pointed out in the report that the just past 2018 was a year for Zhongfu to emerge and for all employees to work together. Through a year of water test and exploration, the company now has the aluminum magnesium alloy extrusion capacity of four production lines, and all the funds for fixed assets have been in place. After small batch trial production and sample delivery in the first half of the year, from the second half of the year, it has successively carried out close cooperation with Suzhou baoyouji, Anhui Shengli precision, Juteng international and other business units, and defined the product positioning. The main production types are aluminum alloy profiles, 3C products and new energy vehicle parts.

From the report, all employees also learned that the company has attached importance to the construction of industry, University and research since its inception, and vigorously improved the development and manufacturing capacity of magnesium alloy products. With the strong help and promotion of the local government, the first industrialized production base of national magnesium center in Jiangsu and academician pan Fusheng workstation were established. In January 2018, some production lines of the enterprise were just installed and trial production was successful, and then a series of high-end magnesium alloy products were mass produced for the national magnesium center. The application fields include: energy mining, ejection seat, manipulator, etc; In September 2018, academician pan Fusheng, the chief scientist of Zhongfu, was honored to be employed as the first batch of scientific consultants by Wuxi Municipal government and spoke at the city's scientific and technological innovation and talent conference as a representative; In December 2018, the enterprise assisted the national magnesium center to undertake the certification test of high-speed railway lightweight structural materials, a major scientific research project of the 13th five year plan, and achieved phased success. Relying on the scientific and technological support of the national magnesium center, on November 20, 2018, the magnesium alloy U-groove independently developed by the company has successfully applied for the national invention patent and is currently being accepted.

The company gradually improved its rules and regulations and took the lead in launching the 16949 quality certification system. In March 2018, the first staff congress of Zhongfu was successfully held, and various rules and regulations of the enterprise were improved and adopted through democratic management. Since launching IATF: 16949 quality certification in October 2018, the company has established a set of effective and controllable process management system and quality control system from raw material procurement, safety production to customer delivery, which has played a certain role in promoting the management of all aspects of the enterprise.

In his report, the chairman also defined the work objectives of 2019, which is a year full of opportunities and challenges, and also made a very clear plan for the company's goals for the next three years:

1. Complete various capital construction and investment in fixed assets in 2018.

2. In 2019, the aluminum production will reach 8000-10000 tons and the sales will exceed 150 million yuan.

3. Reach production capacity in 2020, realize aluminum output of 15000-18000 tons and sales of more than 300 million yuan.

4. Cooperate with the national magnesium center to establish academician workstation, establish research institute, research and develop new magnesium alloy materials, transform achievements, and form batch production conditions.

5. Establish high-tech enterprises, apply for 30 patents, and establish and improve various standardized management systems.

The future has come, and time waits for no man. 2019 marks the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China. We must keep up with the pace of national development and continue to take root in the aluminum magnesium alloy industry. 3. 4. Start the warehousing cultivation of high-tech enterprises in Jiangsu Province and strive for smooth warehousing in April.
