At 9 a.m. on October 26, IATF16949 quality management system project was held in the report hall of the company's administrative building. The meeting was chaired by Deng Shengli, the head of the administrative office, and Mr. Lu of Nanjing Qiying Quality and Technical Services Co., Ltd. was specially invited to conduct intensive training for all employees of the company.

The meeting was divided into two main agendas. Firstly, the chairman of Xu Ruifu made a mobilization report. In the report, it was pointed out that Zhongfu Company had just started, and many management work would enter into the process, standardization and standardization operation, so as to better batch production for the next company, in the fields of computer 3C, rail transit, automotive parts and other fields. The high-end front market of magnesium alloy extrusion occupies a place, and the IATF16949 quality management system project has been launched specially. The aim is to speed up the updating of product structure and adapt to market changes. At the same time, in order to further meet the requirements of enterprise quality management system, we hope that all staff will strengthen their understanding and keep up with the pace of development.

At the meeting, according to the 16949 procedure, the current company management organization was announced, under the overall chairmanship of General Manager Liu Huang, to lead, coordinate and promote the effective work of various departments.The general manager consists of seven departments: sales director, technical director, production director, quality director, financial director, administrative director and supply manager. The production manager is mainly responsible for production class A, class B, fine sawing and shaping, equipment management and mould management. The quality manager is mainly responsible for physical and chemical room and measurement management, with negative financial results. Responsible warehouse, are equipped with the corresponding person in charge, to ensure that the quality management system is one-to-one responsible, effective supervision and implementation.

At the same time, it announced the company's quality policy, management requirements and quality objectives, appointed Deng Shengli as the management representative of the quality management system of Jiangsu Zhongfu Aluminum Magnesium Technology Co., Ltd. and Cheng Chaocun as the customer representative of the company's quality system.

In the second half of the meeting, Mr. Lu brought the interpretation and training of IATF16949 standard terms to all staff. It is believed that with the further development of enterprise 16949 quality management system project, Zhongfu will surely bring a new look and another prosperous scene.
