The first phase investment is 150 million yuan, which is used for the purchase of land, 15,000m2 Standard workshop, production equipment and testing equipment. At present, there are 5 most advanced automatic production lines in China, including 3600T and 2500T extrusion production lines of Al-Mg alloy, 2 1800T extrusion production lines of Al-Mg alloy and 1 1000T extrusion production line of Al-Mg alloy. Each production line is equipped with long rod heating hot sawing furnace, skinning machine, induction heating furnace, double tractor, cold bed, room temperature tension straightening machine, isothermal straightening machine and other auxiliary machines, and equipped with the corresponding aging furnace, annealing furnace, fine straightening machine, fine cutting saw, packaging and other products after finishing equipment, using items. The world's leading constant-speed, near-isothermal extrusion process, specializing in the production of 3C electronic products, aerospace, weapons and equipment, rail transit, energy mining, intelligent manufacturing, automotive parts and other fields of aluminum, magnesium alloy extrusion high-end cutting-edge products.
In October 2017, pilot production was carried out, product technology research and development centers were established, and provincial high-tech enterprises were established. In April 2018, well-known colleges and universities in the United Nations set up "Academician Collaboration Project" to develop new scientific and technological products. Now, mass production has been carried out, and the annual production capacity is expected to exceed 20000T.
The second phase will invest 200 million yuan, build 20,000 m2 new plant, add 6 extrusion production lines (7500 tons of the largest tonnage extruder), in 2021, and achieve an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons, with output value of 1.8-2 billion yuan and tax revenue of 75 million yuan.
